Cardiac Health Management Program

Cascade Medical Center’s Health Management Programs offer a unique partnership between our providers and you – the patient. Our goal is to work with you one-on-one to determine your individual medical, health and educational needs and to provide the services to meet them.

Cardiac Care Program:

Our mission is to prevent cardiovascular disease through early detection and treatment. We will provide treatment, education, support and resources to reduce cardiac risk factors.

Individuals with increased risk factors for cardiac problems include:

  • Men over 45 years of age
  • Women over 55 years of age
  • A family history of heart disease
  • Women on estrogen replacement therapy
  • High cholesterol
  • High blood pressure
  • Sedimentary lifestyle
  • Overweight
  • Cigarette smoker
